 This time I will be sharing my point of view of Tere Cazola’s actual situation, opportunity areas and what I consider should be its future. Tere Cazola is a regional business, mostly because it practically specializes in Yucatán’s traditional deserts and diverse food foods. This company has almost infinite competitors, but it has seen the way to stablish as a preferential option for almost every Meridian citizen. A direct competitor could be Bimbo, Dairy Queen, and many other medium and small businesses that make cakes and other types of bread.  As an all-life meridian I consider that Tere Cazola has lost the main reason for it to be a regional company, mostly because the processes of industrialization an automation made the desserts look and taste differently as they tasted not too many years ago as my fathers mention.  The main activity of this week was the presentation of the companies elected by each team, in my case we decided to work on the company named truck chef. This company is a food business, and it’s main atraction is the fact that it isn’t in a specific place, it is on a truck, a food truck as the ones we can se sometimes in the school or sometimes parked in a type of food truck centers in which you can choose.  This company is relatively young, with that it hasn’t got enough time to develop a great amount of trucks or a specific headquarters. With that taken in count it’s easy to know that this company hasn’t enough income or benefits at least to have a social impact, but even though it does makes some actions that look to benefit the whole new market of food trucks, like collaborating with other companies to stablish new parking slots for others to join, or including those partners in events that benefit both.
