The presentation of this week: Truck Chef

 The main activity of this week was the presentation of the companies elected by each team, in my case we decided to work on the company named truck chef. This company is a food business, and it’s main atraction is the fact that it isn’t in a specific place, it is on a truck, a food truck as the ones we can se sometimes in the school or sometimes parked in a type of food truck centers in which you can choose. 




This company is relatively young, with that it hasn’t got enough time to develop a great amount of trucks or a specific headquarters. With that taken in count it’s easy to know that this company hasn’t enough income or benefits at least to have a social impact, but even though it does makes some actions that look to benefit the whole new market of food trucks, like collaborating with other companies to stablish new parking slots for others to join, or including those partners in events that benefit both.



This company has several competitors, mostly because it’s a hamburger fast food product, and that is a very competitive business, some of the best known competitors could be Burger King at a greater scale, Angry Angus at a medium, and other food trucks that specialize in hamburgers are mostly in the lower scale. Fortunately this company has known how to promotion themselves and make the marketing for themselves and with that be a well known business. Also one of the main attractions is the price-product relation, which is very good, mostly because truck chef doesn’t need to pay excessive amounts of money to rent a local or hire many employees.
